Ingredient
- Flour
- Sugar
- Egg
- Coconut
- Cardamom powder
- Badam
- Cashew nut
- Raisins
- Ghee
- Milk
Methods
Take a bowl
Add flour, water, and salt
Combine well and make a soft dough
Take a piece from the dough
Make that piece into a ball
Do the same for all pieces
Make the ball-sized as a thin tortilla
Take a pan and add coconut and sugar
Combine them well until it turns out to golden color
Take a bowl
Add egg cardamom powder, and sugar
Take a pan and pour ghee
Fry cashew nuts and raisins
Add sliced badam and mix well
Take a deep non-stick pot and add ghee
Take the egg and stir well
Take milk and dip one tortilla in milk
Dip in egg and put it in pan
Add coconut fill and cover over the tortilla
Put one more tortilla (Dip in milk and egg)
Put one more tortilla above it (dip in milk and egg)
Add remaining egg mixture above it
Do the process until the tortilla finishes
Cook more like this as your requirements
Take a lid and cover it
Cook both sides well until it turns out to golden color
Keep 10 – 15 minutes

- Egg
